The method uses pinpoint locations for fish distribution, eliminating the need for fishermen to search for potential fish locations and instead heading directly to them. This can reduce fuel costs for traditional fishermen at sea.

Oceanic is a modern digital assistant for fishermen based on marine data, integrated with GIS technology and marine environmental parameter models, utilizing IoT technology and intelligent spatial data analysis. This solution is designed with ideal technology to help fishermen detect, map, and predict potential fishing areas efficiently and safely in Indonesia's maritime sector.

Synergy is needed with various parties, such as KSOP, local governments and fishermen as well as the private sector, who play an active role in supporting fishermen in implementing responsible fishing practices, so that this sector can continue to grow, improve welfare and provide long-term benefits for coastal communities.
